Prusa MK3 Fan Spacer for R3 Extruder Cover

I designed this spacer for those of us too lazy to replace the entire extruder body but who still want the cooling benefits of the R3 extruder cover and 45 degree cooling. The only significant difference in the two body designs other than the flex changes was the fan being mounted slightly further out. Using the spacer you can mount the fan correctly with the Stock (R2 or older) or Zaribo extruder body and the R3 Extruder Cover.
