Ikea Mirror Tensioner for Tevo Tornado

Even with the [Tevo Tornado Ikea Mirror Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2796469) in place my mirror kept sliding back and forth just a tiny bit.

This could be easily remedied by using some clips to hold the mirror down. However this shaved away quite a bit of usable build space, and made it hard to take the mirror off when I wanted to clean it.

So I made this tensioner. It allows me to fix the mirror in place so it will not move, even with higher jerk settings
