X-Lite stick ends for pinching

The stock stick ends for the X-Lite radio don't work well for my style of pinching. I put my index finger on the front of the stick, and my finger gets in the way when I try to do full forward deflection.

These ends give me much more comfortable full range of motion. They're considerably lower profile. The curve also ends near the top - with the stock ends, my index finger would want to slide down to where the curve was, which made the problem worse. I also feel like I have a bigger grip on t
