SnapMaker Cooling Shroud

This is a shroud to add to the bottom fan on the SnapMaker 3D printing module. It uses the 4 screws that hold the fan on and just mounts over the fan. It features a valve that lets you redirect the air flow away from the nozzle for filaments like ABS that don't require cooling. The valve can also be positioned partly open to reduce the cooling flow when desired. This first version has a slight alignment issue with the nozzle and may require the shroud to be biased as the screws are tightened to
