Vanguard Tripod Quickmount

The top of my Vanguard tripod has rotted. Needed a new quickmount (although didn't need the sprung button). I also needed a quick mount for a Kinect 360 base (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:61465) to fit my tripod.

Both files are included.
