USB Grommet adapter

This is a grommet I was asked to make for fitting an existing round USB/SD interface adapter into a desk hole that was designed for a larger accessory. I based it on measurements of a grommet that came with the desk and the grommet that came with the USB/SD interface.

I over-designed this, but it works so I'm not going to bother simplifying it at this point.

The slots are so that locking tabs that lock the USB/SD adapter into the holder can be pushed in and the adapter can be pushed out an
