E3D v6 Layer Fan Remix for Longer Block on MPSM

This remix pushes the clip openings back 2mm and the air outlet down 2mm to make sure the clips can securely connect to the e3d v6 mount and the outlet for the air doesn't touch the hotend. I also changed the slope of the clip arms so the touch the build plate.
