Shishi Odoshi "Deer Scarer" Shortened Tube

I HAVEN'T TESTED THIS YET (just a warning)

I wanted to make the original Shishi Odoshi by jelson but the tube stands 170 mm tall. My printer only goes up to about 155ish mm so I decided to chop it.

Also, I wanted to avoid having to use a really high infill on the base so I made a little pocket between the 2 parts where I can stash some washers or something else for weighting the tube. I'm going to try using 15% infill. I have no idea if this will work.
