Pinless hinges for D4S

This is a pin-less replacement door hinge for the Duplicator 4S. It's a drop in replacement for the OEM hinges but allows for the door to be held open while working in the printer. The hinges have a light internal friction which permits the door to stay in a number of positions. Print the two parts separately (PETG preferred) and press them together, Assembly may require a bit of force and I am not sure how well PLA would survive this.
