I used ABS at a 0.3 layer height and 40% honeycomb infill with supports. but PLA would probably be ok. The model will need rotated to lay flat. The only reason for the higher infill is to add a bit more weight to the outer sides. The STL file is only one side, so just print two, glue or screw the centre race of the 22mm bearing so the outside spins freely.
