Chain Tensioner

I needed a very simple, low profile chain tensioner for the machine I've been working to build. I'm using #25 chain in a 10T / 20T arrangement, and the X axis seems to have the most chain-slap. So, this was a quick fix, and turned out to work better than I expected.
