MPSM SD extender panel with no drill bed wiring mod

I needed a mount for my micro SD card extender on my Monoprice Mini, but I didn't want to give up my bed wiring mod. This is a combination of the No-Drill bed wiring mod and the SD conversion mod, with some improvements, including passive ventilation.
