Вставки необходимы для центрирования несущих пластин после демонтажа штатной телескопической ручки и для фиксации новой ручки над штатными отверстиями для ручки в корпусе (иначе, особенно при ослаблении натяга тросика, она сильно гуляет).

The inserts are necessary for centering the carrier plates after dismantling the standard telescopic handle and for fixing the new handle over the nominal holes for the handle in the housing (otherwise, especially when the cable tension is loosened, it walks very hard).
