BikeE - 3 LED Light bar support/mount

This is a mount for a 3 LED light bar on the steerer tube of a BikeE recumbent bike. It attaches to the lower, larger section of the steerer tube, but should be placed high enough to clear pedalling feet.
It uses M4 nuts/bolts for mounting. I recommend some rubber inner tube around the steerer to cushion against vibrations and make it a tight fit.
