Prusa i3 MK2/MK3 Raspberry Camera Mount 45 Deg

I liked jgeyer's camera mount but when I did the prusa upgrade to the angled blower mount provided by Prusa research (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prusa-research-summer-update-2018/#cooling) the blower has colliding with the camera. So i took to Solidworks and designed a longer 45deg mount that simply slides onto the bed frame. this uses the same camera holder found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2736439
