Electric skateboard HTD 5M 200mm pulley

This is a 15mm thick HTD 5M pulley for inexpensive wheels in the 26cm diameter range. The pulley is glued directly to the metal steel hub and inner diameter is 40.5mm. Gear is made to handle about 1400W of power!
Gear wheel is 200mm in diameter, but I would probably go for a 220mm diameter if I had to make another one. I run this with a 12T pinion gear and it handles asfalt and medium hills well. Getting enough torque is the biggest challenge with skateboards.
