Prusa i3 MK3 Reinforced Fan Cover (R2 and R3)

I've been having a problem printing at 245+ nozzle temperature where right side of the fan cover start to drape to a point it may touch the parts that are currently being printed.

I just added a arm on right hand side to be screwed with blower fan.

Added R3 version of fan nozzle since it was easy to make them. Made 2 version for R3, one with thinner arm and one with thicker arm.
