Anet A8 E3D V6 Clamp BL Touch remix

Pheneeny provided 2 versions of this with his original Thing, but I needed the BLTouch to be a little higher still. This raises it by a further 2mm.

While modding it I took the opportunity to move it a little closer to the nozzle too*.

My offsets are now: x 0, y -27,z -0.38

*I'm using the cooling fan duct Pheneeny recommends in his original Thing, if you're using a different one; YMMV
