Bike light rugged, quick sliding battery holder

Those bike LED front lights are cheap and powerful, but the battery pack has two major problems: it's not water tight so sooner or later the copper within rusts and fails, and the strap doesn't hold in place and you end up bumping it.

So I designed this battery holder and tube clamp. Just slide it in.

- 2x25 mm M5 Allen bolts
- 2xM5 hex nuts
- 2×16 mm M3 polymer screws

You may need to edit the model in Onshape (free, web-based) to adapt the design to your frame's tube diameter.
