This is a replacement slider washer for AKG K272HD headphones (part 5 "cover" in original service manual, P/N 2040Z18020).
This part should be tightened carefully, since there's only a few plastic layers to separate the screw from the slider. I do believe that this part could be made thicker without any problem, but this "thing" might at least be good for original dimensions :)
