Simplfy3d Profile for Cetus3d Mk2 - 0.2mm and 0.6mm

This is a remix of AntoLeds amazing Simplify3d profile for the cetus3d mk2.

I've only included the 0.2mm and 0.6mm profiles only as AntoLeds 0.4mm profile is great as-is.

Stl file, like AntoLeds, is just for site policy requirements.

These two new profiles have been tested with epic results but the same advice from AntoLeds original thing remains, calibrate the extrusion multiplier for your printer.

Also, make sure to adjust starting script and gcode tabs in Simplify3d for your z off
