Ender 3 Bladeless Vent Cooler

The goal of this re-make is to do 3 things:

1. to create a more uniform air flow to the hot end.
2. regulate mechanically (on/of) the flow of air to the hot end plug 2/plug 1.
3. To stop the air flow from the main fan to the print and focus it on the hot end.

i tried to use the same principal as a beadles fan uses to increase the air flow.
i don't have an air flow meter so i don't know if it works.
