We all know that the orange pi's H2, H3 and H5 all run quite hot.
Here is the solution I found for this problem.
You can connect the fan to the 5V rail on the header.
To lock it in place there are a total of 8 screw holes, with the nuts locked in the plastic.
You actually can hold it with just 4 screws as shown in the picture.
The screws are M3s
