Creality CR10-s5 bed leveling knob adaptor

its an adjusted leveling knob adapter for creality CR10 5S, it differs from the normal CR10 leveling knob.
i have placed the leveling knob sketchup file so anybody can edit easily, and if you wanted to redesign the shape as you like, just keep the measurements from the center the same.
