Rotating Chain

HI.
Starting from the chain https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:666118 , i had to modify it to permit to the chain to rotate on itself during the movement.

So 3 parts : the core, the rotating system and the cover.

Internal system have to be completly free of flashes to be able to rotate freely..
To put on the start of the chain

Rotation angle is arround ±23°
