Circular snap-fit connector for connecting two objects. Snaps into place and then takes additional force to remove. This is just a demonstration of one type of snap-fit connector.
The two cylinders have a 0.05mm radial tolerance between them. This was modeled in Fusion 360 and I've included the fusion 360 link below. Diameter, clearance, leading angle on snap, and trailing angle on snap can all be altered to change performance attributes of the connector.
