Maker Select Plus LCD Cover

I decided to make a cover for the LCD display of the Monoprice Maker Select Plus as the was bothering me during the night. It took about 1h 30m to print this. I hope this might help any Monoprice Maker Select Plus users to mitigate the LCD light during the night.
