Led Lenser X21 Shoulder Strap Ring

While cleaning out my garage I came across the shoulder strap for my LED Lenser X21 flashlight and was about to throw it out because the ring it mounts to is broken, when I realized I should really just print another one...

This design includes 2 rings: One of the correct diameter and one adjusted to make provision for the shrinkage you'd get from printing this in ABS.
