2.5" mounting bracket for IDE to SD adapter

This is a small mounting bracket for [this IDE to SD card adapter](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DGNYXQ0/), to allow it to be mounted in place of a 2.5" drive (10mm high). Photos show it installed in a PowerBook G3.

The bracket includes two spare screw holes (see photo) for storing unused mounting screws. This is partly because one of the standard mounting holes has to be omitted to provide clearance for the SD card to be inserted and removed, so you may have a leftover screw.
