E3D V6 Ducts! (simple modular fan adapter for 40mm and 45mm radial part coolers)

My E3d blower system with small radial fans; both generic 4020 units, and TFB45A 45mm fans from SEPA.

When you need to work on the heatblock you can unclip the fans for access, but leave the heatsink fan in place :-) Handy.

I have re-mixed the 'official' e3d duct body and extended that with angled and spaced mounting brackets to either side. The `-dc42` version of the body has a cutout and mount lugs for a DC42 IR sensor.
