Empire Section Compatible Terrain

This terrain is designed to be compatible with GWs new kill team terrain. It hasn't been detailed (ie lacking windows, detailed cracks, etc) except for the rivets. The wall piece is a subtraction of the pillar with a .2mm tolerance, and should fit in the official pillars just fine.
