I have now tested it and works great.
This is a modification of the hotend mount NedalLive posted for his reinforced carriage on 04/08/2018. It uses the bottom part from PrecisionPiezo kit and I integrated the upper part in the mount.
Two versions exist, first if you like me have a 3/8" PTFE coupler and another for M10.
The partcoolingfan is higher than the original and I use an original E3Dv6 with it's original fan
