Tent for Ergodox Case (with wrist rest)

Parts to add a 15 degree tilt to the ergodox keyboard. Made to fit the wrist-rest variant of the [Ergodox sold by massdrop](https://www.massdrop.com/buy/ergodox). It should be compatible with any ergodox that uses [lister's case design](https://github.com/Ergodox-io/ErgoDox).
