8mm ACME Thread Z-Shaft Handle, fits Creality Ender 3, CR-10

I designed this handle to fit on my Ender 3. It should fit any 8mm ACME-threaded shafts. I got tired of spinning it by hand and I felt like forcing the X-axis upward wasn't easy.

V1 is press-on and (theoretically) takes 2x M3 set screws. I realized M3 set screws are super small and I didn't want to deal with it, didn't realize until it was too late - but it does have a firm press-on.

On v2, the fit is just loose enough to slide on and take 2x M4 set screws, which is what I'm rolling with n
