Update from the 22/08/19:
Now it includes a kind of cable canal to hold the cables going down to the hot end and the temperature sensor. Very practical to keep your cables out of the moving part's path.

Very easy and efficient fan duct with very little fan load losses. The height of the nozzle is adjustable to come has close as possible to the hot end. Personally my setup has a distance of 8 mm.
