Yet Another Anycubic i3 Mega Fanduct (YAAIMF) for 5015 blower fan

Circular fanduct with a cut to allow a better view of the nozzle (and good access to it), for Anycubic i3 Mega modified printhead with 5015 blower.
High airflow and multiple stream directions.
The final stream holes have a dedicated channel, for better airflow routing.
The diameter and the cut on the duct has been optimized to fit the bulkier E3D V6 original block.
