Stripboard Cutter Cover

Cover for a stripboard cutter (basically a drill bit in a screwdriver handle). Prevents it scratching other things in a toolbox, or being chipped by other things.

Produces a slightly tight fit so the drill "screws" into the holder with light force, but doesn't drop off.
