R3 Volcano Adaptor V2

This adaptor enables the use of the R3 print fan nozzle with the Volcano heater block and nozzle. This replaces my original adaptor as the lower fan mount arm has been removed on the final issue of the R3 Parts. It requiers 2 No. M3 x 10 screws, 1No. M3 hex nut and 1No. M3 thin square nut to mount it to the extruder cover. 1No. M3 x 10 screw and hex nut is required to fit the R3 print fan nozzle to the adaptor. 2No. M3x20 screws and hex nuts are required to fit the part fan to the adaptor.
