Cup holder for crutches

I made this because the [cup holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:799359) that I printed for my wife was not large enough to hold her reusable Starbucks cup. The clips being at the bottom also meant that most drinks would be so close to the hand hold that you wouldn't be able to use anything but the highest setting and still would possibly not have enough room.

This was redesigned from scratch but I used inspiration from the original so much that it ended up just being the same, only lar
