CR10(S) spool holder, top mount, compatible to frame braces

This remix is taller than the original for spools with larger holes and it is a bit more compatible with the linked frame braces.

I use this spool holder with the filament guide from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488 on my CR-10S (but without the filament sensor yet). It is enough and I newer had problems in this combination yet.

* I rotate it. I suggest to print it in this direction.
* With some spools 2 bearings are to less. Add a 2nd version with 4 instead of 2 b
