Edge-lit sign

I designed this project for my kids and their friends with the idea of combining 3D printing, laser cutting, electronics and a little bit of science into a simple project.

The base is made of two 3D printed parts and the sign itself is laser cut from transparent acrylic. The design can be engraved onto the sign or partially cut into it (in the sign shown the design was partially cut in).
