This is a simple remix of Chito's modular mount design to fit on the Piper 1 3D printer.

It is intentionally a little bit low, that will steal a few mm's of Z travel but allows for the insertion/removal of the fan's frame support nuts without having to disassemble the whole gantry.

All of Chito's mounts/wings fit fine, allowing you to pair your E3D hotend (or a clone) with BL Touch / ABL / Inductive / Capacitive auto-leveling sensors, 5015 fan(s), etc. Check out Chito's designs over here:
