PiCam 1.3 Case for 3D Printer

Needed this for a PiCam 1.3, so hole for camera is square and offset.

I have now printed this and all is well. With this, and my OctoPi case top, if you're mounted under the Ender3 LCD panel, you'll need a ribbon cable about 1m long. This should allow slack.
