Dual filament Bowden Y Adapter with PTFE Cut Template

I wanted to use a Y adapter and a single extruder to reduce weight on the X carriage. I could not find a suitable set up for what I was looking for, so like many others on here, I made one.

I have included the cut template that will allow you to split the PTFE tube where it will pair up with the opposite side. This allows a more precise cut and the end result is a smoother feed.

I have printed these parts and confirmed they function as expected off the printer and I will upload pics late
