Prusa MK3 PiCam mount with X motor cable clamp

I really liked the two designs linked below but obviously they would not work together... But wait, yes they will!

Introducing the PIcamcableclamp :)

This is a remix/combination of two things:

The main support arm is from:

and the cable clamp is from:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2887361

The only change to either design was the chamfers along the underside of the cable clamp arm. It was fine in it's original orientation but in this
