Ikea Lack Leg Extender (Standalone)

I could find many leg extenders that were designed to connect to stacked lack tables but very few that were standalone leg extenders for a single table and none that I was satisfied with. So here is my take.

Use two tapered wood screws. I used 4x3/8 screws. You only need two per leg, designed this way purposely to hide the screws on the inner sides of the table.
