38mm tube (V-Drum) GoPro style mount

Two versions: One that uses all M5 bolts, one that uses:

1.) Everything is an M5 bolt.
2.) Mix between:
* M4 for the gopro mount side.
* M5 hex head bolt for the tube mount.

Designed to fit a Roland VDrum kit from the mid to late 1990's - with a ~38mm tube.

I'm planning to use this with a phone mount (link to come, along with details, if things work well) to mount my phone to the kit.
