This Thing clamps a M4x25mm countersunk screw to the flex shaft of the PROXXON MICROMOT Flexishaft 110. The Thing can easily detached and attached to the Flexishaft. The M4 screw fits into the hole to lock the shaft and switch the tool.

You need a M4x25mm countersunk screw and a M4 nut.
