608 horizontal spool holder for dehydrator (Eastman Outdoors 38254)

I wanted the tracks to mount to [this dehydrator](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CXLMRKU/) so I redesigned the model completely from scratch in Fusion 360. Source is published for you to rework for whatever dehydrator you have. If you modify the source files be sure to check user parameters first as I used them everywhere.

The outlet is from tinkerman's filament dryer build.
