HDPE Arch Spacer

This is a spacer to go between the 2 Inch HDPE tube and the orange reebar safety caps to create the light arches. I didn't like the way the tubing had to be cut to fit on the caps, especially since the outer diameter of the caps was at a taper. This spacer presses on the cap pretty snug and the tube then fits nicely over that. I didn't need to cut the tubing at all for the clamp to hold it all together well. This has not been time tested as of yet. However if there is an issue I don't see anythi
